Caminata por las Zonas Prohibidas: Límites del Patrimonio.
Como parte de la exposición temporal: “Territorios que sanan: Al encuentro de las hierbateras”, les proponemos una caminata a los límites de la zona patrimonial, en donde dialogaremos sobre las formas de habitar el espacio público, lo patrimonial y el tejido social del Centro Histórico de Quito. Esta es la tercera edición de una serie de circuitos en donde conoceremos estas zonas marcadas como “prohibidas” para el comercio popular y su relación con las hierbateras de Quito.

Recorrido y Taller:
Sabores Conventuales: ¡Dulce de carnaval!
Les invitamos a sumergirse en la tradición gastronómica carmelita, a través de un recorrido especial que concluye en un taller vivencial en donde aprenderemos a elaborar un delicioso dulce conventual, relacionado con el carnaval, ya que, contrario a lo que se piensa, la decisión de una optar por la clausura, no significa vivir apartadas y ajenas del mundo exterior: los festejos, como el carnaval, también se viven en el monasterio.
Fecha: Lunes 20 y martes 21 de febrero de 2023.
Hora: De 12:00 a 13:00.
Costo: $4,00 para adultos, $2,00 para estudiantes con carnet (de 12 años en adelante), $2,00 para niñas y niños (de 3 a 11 años). Los adultos mayores, personas con discapacidad e infantes (menores de 3 años) no pagan entrada.
